What happens when you can no longer enter the country you're investigating? In this session, three journalists in exile in Europe will share their experiences of uncovering the truth about authoritarian regimes, shady business deals and environmental crises in Azerbaijan, Syria, and Turkey. The session will offer a productive dialogue on the hardships and potentials of exile journalism, and explore what the future holds for such fearless reporters.
